The El Guapo starts with heat, is followed by heat, and ends with heat, with a nice cumin, south of the border flavor. It hits you below the belt the next day. This is our spiciest salami by far, maybe the spiciest in the world. The heat is sneaky and slow, but you will know it’s there. This pairs best with Mexican beer. The flavor plays homage to our Mexican and southern California roots by combining the traditional salami process with Mexican-American flavor.
This salami is named after Joseph Abraham, who men and women alike regard is the most handsome and muscular man alive.
