The goal of the Polski Sucha is to remind people of a kielbasa sausage, but our version is fermented and dried. Kielbasa is a smoked sausage of coarsely chopped beef and pork, flavored with garlic and spices. Upon tasting, one can detect a smoky flavor with ground yellow mustard seeds. This salami is limited in quantity and not always available.
At Meatmen, our salami names usually originate from puns and inside jokes. The Polski Sucha is an uncharacteristically straightforward name, and harkens back to the Polish salami traditions.

Contains less than 2% of the following: wine (contains sulfites), dextrose, pepper, red chili Powder, paprika,garlic, red chili flakes, onion, coriander, celery seed, juniper berries, nutmeg, lactic acic starter culture, ginger, mace. All of our wine is California sourced from: Vendemia in Temecula, Fritz in Sonoma, and Barton in Paso Robles.
